 About Our Community
The Blue Horizon community is made up of 151 homes and located in the growing city of Meridian, ID. Construction was completed in May of 2005.
While Blue Horizon is a brand new community, its beautiful landscaping is maintained by Mainscape Landscaping and is surrounded by quality vinyl fencing.
Sidewalks outline all streets and paths go through two main common parks. Safe playground equipment can be found at both parks and the open fields are perfect for family and neighborhood gatherings.
The Blue Horizon Homeowners Association, assembled in August of 2004, is a non-profit, non-political corporation incorporated in the State of Idaho. The organization is presided over by a board of directors. Our by-laws were last revised in 2002.
The developers of Blue Horizon were Jeff W. Moore and Jonathan Seel of W.H. Moore. The owner of the property was Kimball Properties, a limited partnership.
