Our Board/Committee
The Blue Horizon Homeowners Association was incorporated as a non-profit corporation to perform all of the association's duties and obligations. For example, the association is responsible for the management and operation of the common areas and other assets of the association.
The Board of Directors is responsible for carrying out the powers and duties of the association and is comprised of recorded property owners in the Blue Horizon subdivision.
Each person listed on county tax records as owning a lot within the Blue Horizon subdivision is considered a member of the Blue Horizon Homeowners Association (HOA). Each member is entitled to one vote for each lot owned. If more than one person holds an interest in any lot, each person is a member of the association but there is only one vote allowed per lot.
