Dues Are Now Past Due - Finance Charges Will Be Applied March 1st
Posted 02.22.08 - 2008 HOA Dues were due in January. On March 1st, all late dues will b assessed a finance charge

Irrigation Water Turned Off
Posted 09.29.07 - Our irrigation water has been turned off for a couple weeks due to low water levels. Because our sprinkler systems are hooked up to Irrigation water, they will no longer work until next year. Please make plans to blow your system out and turn off your main water valve to your system.

New Board Members Elected
Posted 09.24.07 - New Board Members Chelsey McGee and Debbie Tucker have been elected by the home owners to replace outgoing Board Members Michelle Houde and Sandy Curtis. Election was at the Annual Homeowners meeting in August. Thanks to all who showed up and supported the Association. Board meetings will tentatively be held on Tuesdays with the new Board

New CC&R Committee Formed
Updated 03.05.07 - The Board is excited to announce that we have four homeowners that make up the new CC&C Ad-Hoc Committee and we will be announcing later who the chairperson is. We as a board are very excited to have these fine folks come forward and volunteer their time toward the betterment of the association. They will be reviewing CC&R Violations and reporting to the Board on a regular basis.

Lawsuit Update
Updated 02.23.07 - A trial date has been set for April 3 and 4, 2007. Also, the Motion to Strike and Motion to Amend hearing has been re-set by the court to March 7, 2007.

Updated 02.05.07 - The board meet with our attorney last week to discuss financial issues regarding the case. A hearing is scheduled Feb 14th to review a motion and to set a date for trial.

Updated 01.25.07 - There is a court ordered status meeting that the Board will be attending on February 14th to determine a court date for Blue Horizon VS 940 Sockeye. Members of the Board will also be meeting with our lawyer on February 2nd to discuss continued costs in the case. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Updated 01.10.07 - There are a number of hearings and motions scheduled for January, once these hearings are complete we will continue to post any updates.

Front Light Destroyed (Again) In Vandalism
Updated 01.16.07 - It appears that our front light has been vandalized yet again, this time being run over by a vehicle and totally destroyed along with some of the grass in the front entrance. It will be roughly $300 to replace (equivalent to our annual dues). The Meridian Police Department has taken a damage report. If anyone has any information about this latest incident, please contact the board.

School Warning Pole Damaged
Posted 01.10.07 - From the Meridian Police Dept., the school warning pole was destroyed when a vehicle hit it at 1:45am this morning. The owner of the vehicle is known however the driver did not stay at the scene. Investigation is continuing.
