The association is encouraged to attend. Please ensure that you submit any topics you would like discussed ahead of time so that we can remain on schedule. Click here to contact the board.

General Meeting Information
The Board of Directors will hold an association meeting monthly until otherwise noted. The times and locations of these meetings will vary by date, so please check the schedule for specific information.

Notice of annual and special meetings of the association will be delivered, mailed or faxed to all members no more than 30 days prior to the meeting and no less than 5 days prior to the meeting. Notices will include the date, time, location and agenda of the meeting.

We encourage all members of the Association to attend our monthly Board meetings. In an effort to stay on time and organized, any issues that members of the Association would like addressed at the monthly meetings must be submitted in writing 24 hours before the meeting. Amendments to the bylaws or covenants require approval by more than 50 percent of the voting power of the association.
